Byer Planning assisted in the development of application materials for an INFRA grant for two Upstate New York communities. If awarded, the grant would support implementation of multimodal improvements along a one-mile segment of roadway connecting businesses, residential areas, and parks within the downtowns of both Troy and Watervliet in New York. Byer Planning developed key map graphics, narrative, and provided review of the benefit-cost analysis (BCA) included in the application.
