Byer Planning assisted in updating the City of Watervliet’s Comprehensive Plan. The purpose of this amendment is to re-focus to goals and action items of the existing comprehensive plan to create a clear objectives and priorities for the next three to five years. Byer Planning developed maps and graphics, analyzed survey responses, and created the final Plan document.
